High energy, fun, kickboxing and combat-inspired fitness classes in Edinburgh city centre!

NEW - ALL free classes in June before reach capacity!

As featured in Edinburgh Evening News, our classes are suitable for beginners (can cater for all levels though), there is no contact necessary within the classes and it is an incredibly safe and fun environment to learn.

Any fitness level welcome and everything is optional within the class. However, through these high intensity classes you’ll find you get extremely fit, tone up and if want to lose weight you'll find it will drop off quickly.

We train in the city centre at St Thomas of Aquins high school, 2-20 Chalmers Street, Edinburgh, EH3 9ES.

There is a free private car park accessed via Lauriston Gardens, showers, changing rooms and toilets.

We pride ourselves on our welcoming and friendly atmosphere in class. A lot of people socialise after classes in our sponsor bar for free food and cheap drinks in our reserved tables. There are also very regular social events and these things combined create a great atmosphere to train in class.

Now is the perfect time to start if you’re looking to learn kickboxing, get fit/lose weight, be involved in more social events or a combination of all.

NEW - Please come along FREE classes before Thursday 30th of June. That's the final cut off period for training this year due to recent popularity of classes.

What's next? - Pick a class from above, come along (10 minutes early) if can. Bring a friend, or on your own equally fine too.

Directions (please have to hand):

Back entrance / Lauriston Gardens (much easier) - walk up path into car park take a diagonal right through double doors, turn right and will see us.

Main entrance / Chalmers St - when enter walk diagonally left, through the doors at end, down the stairs, take a right, walk all the way along through double doors and will see us

*** Street Self Defence - or 1-1 Private Sessions ***

We offer private sessions in Women’s Street Self Defence (very popular) for groups of up to 12 people and also private kickboxing/combat inspired fitness lessons.
